When you enter a store we process the payment credential you tap, the items you take, and camera and sensor data used to build your basket. On our websites we collect basic technical information such as your device type and pages viewed.
How we use information
We use it to charge the correct amount, produce your receipt, keep our stores secure and stocked, answer support requests, and improve how our concepts work.
Cameras and sensors
Our stores and coolers use cameras and weight sensors to determine which products leave the shelf. This technology is used for shopping and loss prevention, not for advertising. In addition to our own cameras, third party technology providers may be used to support our stores and coolers.
Sharing
We share information with the technology and payment providers that operate parts of our stores, and with service providers who work on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep transaction and store records only as long as needed for support, security, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.
